Homeschooling in high school is not as hard as you think. We recommend using a combination of Legacy Christian High School Classes (see course catalogs) in conjunction with parent-led or online classes. Homeschooling allows you to tailor your high school student’s education to meet their specific needs and career/college goals.

High School Classes

The Legacy Christian classes provide tutors that offer weekly instruction, daily assignments and grading. Visit our course catalog to see exactly which classes will be offered for the 2022-23 year. Everything from core classes to electives are offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

ASB Events

Homeschool students don’t have to miss out on the social aspects of high school. Legacy Christian offers ample opportunities for your child to connect with their peers in healthy Christian environments. Prom, Sadie Hawkins, broomball, Christmas party and worship night are just a few of the fun events your child could attend.

Graduation Ceremony

For our students enrolled in the PSP (not club), we celebrate our graduating seniors with a meaningful graduation ceremony.

Sports

Christian Homeschool Sports League offers a variety of athletic programs. We are looking to create teams that can participate in the Christian Homeschool Sports League. This will be dependent on the amount of interest from our school. For further information see www.californiahomeschoolsports.com. Practices would be local, and games will be held in various locations around Southern California. This would require two practices a week and games on Saturdays.

Sports through Western Christian High School

Western Christian High School allows homeschooled students to participate in their sports program if they take two classes at Western Christian High School. Visit https://www.westernchristian.org/home for more information. You can take classes at Western Christian High School and fulfill other requirements through Legacy Christian.

Graduation Requirements

Your student can take Legacy classes with our club membership, where Legacy is not your legal school. If your student is enrolled in the PSP, your student must meet the Legacy requirements in order to receive a diploma.

Rancho Cucamonga Classes

Rancho Cucamonga classes are held Tuesdays at Community Church Rancho and Thursdays at Cross Light Family Ministries (CLFM).

Complete all necessary forms and health records, submit payment, and register for your desired classes / programs.
